Impande is run by DigiBiz, K2026670041 (SOUTH AFRICA) (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2026/670041/07, trading as Impande. Impande is a for-profit subscription media company. Your subscription pays for content, not for a consultation, and it is not a donation.
Impande is a daily prophecy sent on WhatsApp, in the language you choose. It is a reading service. Impande is not a traditional health practitioner. It is not registered with the Traditional Health Practitioners Council. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any physical or mental condition, and no person on the other end is a sangoma.
Readings are reflective prompts, not predictions or guarantees. The daily prophecy is a reflection to carry through your day. It is not a forecast of events, and it is not advice about your health, your money, or the law. If you need advice in any of those areas, ask a qualified person.
The claims made on this page have not been scientifically proven. The advertised outcomes claimed are not guaranteed.
A South African team writes the readings. The prophecy is written first in isiZulu or isiXhosa, then carried into the language you choose, and every delivered language is reviewed by speakers of that language before it goes live. Language tooling is used inside the production process as a productivity aid only. It does not write what reaches you.
There are three plans. Isiko costs R49 a month, Umlando costs R79 a month, and Ubungoma costs R119 a month. Prices include VAT. The price you pick is the price you pay, and there is no surprise billing. Every plan carries the same daily prophecy and the same freedom to leave.
You sign up by messaging the Impande WhatsApp number and answering a few short questions: your language, your plan, and the time you want your prophecy. Your first prophecy arrives the next morning at the time you chose. You can pause or cancel any month, with no notice period. When you cancel, delivery stops at the end of your current month.
The plan is billed monthly and renews on the same date each month until you stop it. The team confirms the payment method with you in the chat before your first reading is delivered. We never see or store your card details.
Reply to the chat with the word cancel, or use the contact details on our contact page. You do not need a reason, there is no cancellation fee, and you do not have to contact a bank to stop it.
Under the Consumer Protection Act you may cancel within five business days after direct marketing, which is the cooling-off period. Where the law provides, you are entitled to a refund. If a month was fully delivered, we do not refund that month. If we failed to deliver, for example the reading did not arrive or arrived in the wrong language, we refund the affected period. If you believe you were overcharged, tell us first and we will put it right or refund you.
Use the service lawfully. Do not use it to harm others, to impersonate a practitioner, or to seek medical, financial, or legal advice. You are responsible for the messages you send.
What we hold, why we hold it, who else processes it, and how long we keep it is set out in the privacy policy. Some of what you write may reveal your religious or philosophical beliefs. POPIA calls that special personal information, and we process it only with your consent, to give you the reading you asked for. Marketing consent is separate from your subscription consent, and you can withdraw either one at any time.
We do not guarantee a specific outcome from the readings. We do not guarantee the service will be available without interruption, though we work to keep it running.
To the extent the law allows, Impande's total liability to you, for any claim connected to the service, is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost income or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
We may update these terms, and we may change the price. When we do, we post the new version on this page, and where the change is material we tell you on WhatsApp before it takes effect and before your next payment.
Nothing in these terms takes away the rights you have under South African consumer law. If we do not resolve a complaint, you can approach the National Consumer Commission at thencc.org.za or the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud at cgso.org.za.
These terms are governed by the law of South Africa. The courts of South Africa have jurisdiction.
