Under POPIA you have the right to ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you. This includes your chat history, your language choice, and your phone number. You do not need a reason.
Send your request through either one of these:
Tell us the phone number you signed up with. We need it to find your records.
We confirm we received your request, and that it is really you, within a few days. To check it is you, we reply to the WhatsApp number on file or ask for a recent message from the number you signed up with. We then delete your chat history, your language preference, and your phone number from our systems. We finish within 30 days of confirming the request. Most deletions are done sooner.

We keep the minimum the law requires, such as payment and tax records, for the period the law sets. Tax records we keep for five years, as tax law requires. When that period ends, we delete those too. If a court or regulator requires us to keep something, we keep only that.
Once your data is deleted, we cannot restore your chat history or your prophecy delivery. If you want the service again, you sign up again.
