How it works

The whole product, in three moves.

Impande lives on WhatsApp on purpose. The platform you already have is the platform the companion uses. There is no app to install, no signup form.

1. Open WhatsApp.

Tap the green button on any page. A chat with the Impande number opens. Your name and number come from WhatsApp. We do not ask.

2. Answer three short questions.

The companion asks for your language, your tier, and how often you want a message. You reply in chat, in your language.

3. The companion starts the next morning.

Your first daily message lands at the time you chose. Reply when you want, mute when you do not. Pause any month.

About the voice.

The companion replies in text from day one. Voice reply is in active build for isiZulu using Azure neural voices (Thando, Themba). isiXhosa voice will follow once a path is confirmed; until then isiXhosa users get text replies.

We do not promise a voice that does not exist. If you are signed up for voice and it is not live for your language yet, the companion tells you that in plain words.

About the privacy.

Your chat is held for the period your subscription is active. Recordings, where used for voice-quality work, are deleted on a schedule and never sold. We will tell you, in writing, if anything changes.

Full data handling is published once the privacy policy is signed off. Details on request in the meantime.
